The details of an "Estate/Tag" style sale are as follows:

    - All items are inventoried and then sold out of your home, with price tags.
   
    - There is no "preview" day or time. The sale begins when the doors open.

    - The sale is conducted over two or three days. 

    - Discounts are typically offered on the last day of the sale.

In reference to the items that don't sell during a "Tag" sale, there are several options. We can personally assist you with packing your unsold items, donating them to charity (in your name) or we can auction them off "on the spot” at the conclusion of the scheduled sale.
